It’s Not the Answer That Opens the Mind — It’s the Question
There is a quiet shift that happens when trying to conceive for years.

What is asking for my attention right now?

What have I not yet allowed myself to see or feel?
This shift is subtle.
But it changes the entire internal environment.
Because these questions do not create pressure.
They create awareness.
Why This Matters for Your Body
The body does not respond well to interrogation.
It responds to safety.
When you approach yourself with constant fixing energy,
your system stays in problem-solving mode.
Alert.
Scanning.
Trying to control.
But when the question softens, something else becomes available.
Curiosity.
And curiosity is a very different state.
It is open.
It is receptive.
It is not trying to force an outcome.
This is where the nervous system begins to downshift.
Not because you told it to relax.
But because the internal environment changed.
And from that place, the body can begin to reorganise.
This Is Not About Letting Go of the Desire
There can be a fear here.
If I stop searching for answers, am I giving up?
If I soften the question, am I losing my chance?
But this is not about abandoning your desire for a child.
It is about changing the way you are holding it.

This is not passive.
It is deeply engaged.
But it is engaged from a place of steadiness rather than urgency.
